Our seasonal retreats are for women only, a gentle gathering of no more than 10 at our feature location on St. George Island in North Florida. All meals, lodging, and activities are included in the retreat package. There's nothing for you to worry about or do. Just bring yourself and focus on being yourself. Rest and Restore.

Your home for three comfortable nights and four glorious days may be a single-occupancy king bedroom with ocean view or double-occupancy twin bedroom with island view. Some retreats may offer a queen room with island view as an option. All rooms have new memory foam mattresses, plush pillows, and inviting coastal décor.

The retreat house is steps from the ocean, and has four single-king rooms, one queen room, and two double-twin rooms available.

Tammy is a formally trained psychotherapist with a Ph.D. in Metaphysics. For over 20 years, she has developed a spiritual skill set founded in compassion, love, and ancient wisdom. She uses her gifts to guide women in self-acceptance and self expression that can open the heart to higher consciousness. Tammy holds numerous certifications in coaching, reiki, EMDR and more. Donia Smith

Facials, Massage, & Sacred Sounds

Donia is a licensed massage therapist (MA#77517), esthetician, reiki and sound practitioner with training in Solar Harmonic Tuning and Solfeggio Tuning. Her family of instruments includes a Venus planetary gong, deep breath gong, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, custom shamanic drum and rattle, and rain drum. Host & Ceremony Guide

Shelly started Mother Ocean Retreats in answer to a heart call to create a space where women could connect, share, and prepare sacred ground for a paradigm shift. She joyfully holds this container for women who feel a similar call, whether newly awakening or steeped in timeless ways of knowing. She holds degrees in poetry and communications, certifications in nonprofit management and change leadership, and is a student of Intentional Creativity. Enjoy exploring this website.

Divine Feminine Art

Amanda is an artist, teacher, wife, and mother masterfully moving divine feminine energy into form. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University. She is also a yogi and yoga instructor serving her Tallahassee community. Amanda creates art as an energetic offering to the divine feminine. Plant Spirit Journeys

Melody is a 30-year student and practitioner of the healing arts. She is an author, teacher, public speaker, landscape designer, and plant spirit healer. Melody's book, "Soul of the Seasons: Creating Balance, Resilience, and Connection by Tapping the Wisdom of the Natural World," weaves personal story with the wisdom of Five Element theory and provides a guide to creating balance and harmony through intimate relationship with the inner and outer landscape. Once your application is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of $400 secures your reservation. The balance is due 30 days from arrival. Receive a full refund if Mother Ocean Retreats has to cancel for any reason.
