deep nourishment and connection in a setting that reminds us change can be joyful and rest is part of the work.

This is a luxurious weekend set in a sacred space. Slip into the care you've been yearning for and encounter new ways to care for yourself. Soothe what has been lacking attention from within this loving container. Gently meet your edge and feel supported in growing beyond it. Retreats are held on St. George Island in North Florida.

Since we only hold two retreats each year, we want to provide you more opportunities to have soul nourishing experiences throughout the retreat season. Meet Your Host
SHELLY: MOM, WRITER, DREAMER, 46
I've done the things you're supposed to do, and many that you're not. I've built livelihood after personal tragedy, businesses from thin air, programs with the potential to change communities, my own cup dangerously low.
In 2020, I stepped away from public-
facing work and spent the next couple years recalibrating: getting quiet, clearing out fear, surrendering to self acceptance, learning to listen and trust, allowing alignment with joy.
Mother Ocean Retreats is the result of
that inward study. With a healer's heart,
I understand that my work is guiding women on their own inward journey of remembrance and reconnection, toward discovery and celebration of personal power, joy, and truth.
This is how I make change now, from within. However incrementally, still lovingly and gratefully, co-creating a world worthy
of my daughter, one connection at a time.
