We've crafted a payment policy that extends access to these experiences by planning ahead and acknowledges that unexpected things occur. Review your options, and we're always here for questions.
Pay in Full
Pay in full up front and your payment is fully refundable up to 60 days from the retreat date. Cancel within 60 days of the retreat date and receive a refund of money paid less a $300 deposit. There is no refund for cancellations made within 15 days of retreat date.
Pay Over Time
Pay a $300 deposit to reserve your selected space at the retreat and make payments on the balance. The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days from the retreat date. For any balance not paid in full by the retreat date, the reservation is released and funds are retained. This option is nonrefundable.
For either payment type, any fully paid balance can be moved to a future retreat date if the reserved space at the intended event can be filled by another guest with an approved application. This option must be exercised at least 30 days prior to the intended event start date, and is dependent on the reserved spot being filled.
For either payment type, any fully paid balance can be transferred to another guest with an approved application. This option must be exercised at least 15 days prior to the intended event start date.
If Mother Ocean Retreats has to cancel an event for any reason, all active reservations have the option of transferring the funds to a future date or receiving a full refund.
Once your application has been approved and you have fully completed the registration form, you will receive an invoice to pay. Payment may be made by mailed check or credit/debit card through emailed invoice. Credit cards incur a 3% processing fee. Your reservation is secured when your payment is received. Refunds may require up to two weeks for processing.
