The peach sands of this Forgotten Coast barrier island are just beyond the door. Inside, the open layout offers versatility for simultaneous and varied activities. Well-appointed rooms with fresh paint, comfortable beds, and welcoming décor invite relaxation. Pelican Roost is a great space for your wellness retreat, writer or artist retreat, training or strategy sessions, employee or client appreciation events. We host retreats too. We know the math needs to work for you, and we know you need flexibility while you secure bookings for your offering. Our host payment policy and retreat concierge services are designed to make you comfortable, calm, and able to focus on the magic you are bringing to your guests.

Retreat season runs September to May and excludes major travel holidays.

All rentals are subject to a 7% sales tax and a 3.5% tourist development tax.

Overnight retreats have a 2-night minimum.

Book single-day retreats or trainings (no overnight stay) at the nightly rate plus 35%.
