We want you to be able to focus on your offering, and understand that you need some leeway as you advertise and fill the beds. We've crafted a payment policy that acknowledges your unique position as retreat hosts, with generous refund periods and transferability.
For reservations of three or more nights, the rental rate is split into three equal parts. The first third serves as the reservation deposit and secures your dates on the calendar. This desposit is fully refundable until 60 days out from your reservation date.
For two-night reservations, the deposit is 50% of the rental rate. The same refund window applies.
Paying the Balance
The second payment is due at 60 days out from your reservation date. The third payment, if applicable, is due at 30 days out. The full balance must be paid at least 30 days before the reservation start date.
Payment for any selected concierge services is due at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. Some concierge services, like orders for custom items or completed services, may not be refundable and due whether or not reservation is fulfilled.
Should you need to cancel for any reason within the 60-day arrival window, you may choose to move the funds to a new date within 12 months of the original reservation. You can exercise this option once per reservation. The reschedule date does not constitute a new reservation and the refund period does not apply.
You will receive a rental agreement through Docusign. Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement, you will receive an emailed invoice for the reservation deposit. Payment may be made by mailed check or credit/debit card through emailed invoice. Credit cards incur a 3% processing fee. Your reservation is secured when your payment is received. Refunds may require up to two weeks for processing.
