Day retreat guests enjoy several sessions of Family Constellations led by Tammy Roth and Sacred Sounds led by Donia Smith. There's a midpoint break for lunch with time to greet the ocean and set your toes in the sand or feel the sun on your face from three elevated outdoor areas.

Tammy is a formally trained psychotherapist with a Ph.D. in Metaphysics. For over 20 years, she has developed a spiritual skill set founded in compassion, love, and ancient wisdom. She uses her gifts to guide women in self-acceptance and self expression that can open the heart to higher consciousness. Tammy holds numerous certifications in coaching, reiki, EMDR and more. Donia Smith
Sacred Sounds
Donia is a licensed massage therapist (MA#77517), reiki and sound practitioner with training in Solar Harmonic Tuning and Solfeggio Tuning. Her family of instruments includes a Venus planetary gong, deep breath gong, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, custom shamanic drum and rattle, and rain drum. Shelly Gomez
Host & Intentional Creativity
Shelly started Mother Ocean Retreats in answer to a heart call to create a space where women could connect, share, and prepare sacred ground for a paradigm shift. She joyfully holds this container for women who feel a similar call, whether newly awakening or steeped in timeless ways of knowing. Shamanic Journey
Melody is a 30-year student and practitioner of the healing arts. She is an author, teacher, public speaker, landscape designer, and plant spirit healer.
