Stay: A Weekend in Constellation

Women's Day or Stay is a new kind of retreat that broadens the exposure of healing modalities by offering different ways to participate. Guests can stay for the weekend or come for the day to commune with other women in a sacred space while exploring the power and wisdom accessible through these connections, held in the embrace of Mother Ocean's timeless rhythm. 

"On the Cusp: A Weekend in Constellation" invites women to experience the potential of generational healing through a powerful therapeutic method known as Family Constellations. Woven with complementary modalities like healing vibration or sacred sound therapy, galactic astrology, shamanic journey, and Intentional Creativity, a system that uses art to move energy into form, the retreat moves in a gentle flow of profound access to one's own wisdom and the collective energy field. 

Guests can participate fully in all of these powerful modalities without any prior experience. Gifted practitioners guide and support inside a thoughtful, safe, and sacred container. There is also time for rest, enjoyment of the beautiful retreat space and the gentle restoration available just by standing at the edge of the Gulf of Mexico and staring into the horizon.  Women's Day or Stay Retreats are alcohol-free and smoke-free, and include simple, nourishing meals in a shared setting. 

Single and double occupancy options are available. Three single occupancy rooms have king beds and ocean views. Two double occupancy rooms have two twin beds each with island views. Day retreats are capped at 10 additional guests per day.
