Women's Day or Stay is a new kind of retreat that broadens the exposure of healing modalities by offering different ways to participate. Guests can stay for the weekend or come for the day to commune with other women in a sacred space while exploring the power and wisdom accessible through these connections, held in the embrace of Mother Ocean's timeless rhythm.

"On the Cusp: A Weekend in Constellation" invites women to experience the potential of generational healing through a powerful therapeutic method known as Family Constellations. Day retreat guests attend either Friday or Saturday, and enjoy a day-long event of Family Constellation led by Tammy Roth and Sacred Sounds led by Donia Smith. There's a midpoint break for lunch with time to greet the ocean and set your toes in the sand or feel the sun on your face from three elevated outdoor areas.
